BH Fitness BladeZ X4 Elliptical

We had our BH Fitness BladeZ X4 elliptical for 2.5 years and then the frame broke. We have had no help from BH Fitness. We did find out that there have been many problems due to the part composition of the turning plate cross.

I would never recommend buying a BladeZ or anything from BH Fitness. Right now our exercise room is just storage for this machine that broke 4 months ago. Unless you have money to burn...do not buy this machine.
