Landice E8 Elliptimill Consumer Comments -- Great Warranty, No Service

I own a Landice E8 Elliptimill. The lifetime warranty was the big reason for paying the extra money. I've twice needed service in 6 months. This last time a guy showed up, removed a broken bolt that was bouncing around inside and left saying he had to get the part. That was three months ago.
Landice just says "call your salesperson." Well he doesn't do the repairs, he has to hire someone else.
The Landice E8 is a great machine unless you need it fixed. What's the use of a Lifetime Warranty when you can't get service? It's still under the 1-year labor warranty. I'm afraid of what someone will charge me after the warranty expires.
