The power cord is available anywhere that sells NordicTrack equipment, it's standard (fits all their machines) and shouldn't run you more than $25.

 NordicTrack AudioStrider Display Unit

We loved our NordicTrack AudioStrider until the display unit recently went out. We owned the machine a few days short of 3 years and expected more. NordicTrack and Sears said the unit would cost over $400 and the service call was $140. I have told all my friends to stay clear.
