ProForm 6.0 EZ Elliptical - Display Console Problems by: Anonymous
I just bought a ProForm 6.0 EZ elliptical today, got it home, husband put it together in 4 hours and the monitor screen does not work. The wiring was double checked, the batteries were checked and they were okay. Can anyone help me figure out what is wrong with the monitor?
The ProForm 6.0ZE elliptical is a piece of junk. I bought one for my wife for Christmas 2009 at the end of October because it was on sale. I gave it to her at Christmas and put it together in January 2010.
After a couple of workouts it started clicking. About a week or two later I took it apart to see what the noise was... the belt was riding over the pulley and making the belt grind on the plastic housing.
I called ProForm and wouldn't you know it: the ProForm 6.0ZE had a 90 day warranty which was up 1 week before. I build things and maintain things for a living and it was easy to see that when this thing was built they didn't weld the components on straight. I will tell everyone I meet not to buy a ProForm elliptical trainer, period!!!!

ProForm XP StrideClimber 600 Elliptical is Junk by: gerry
I've had the repair man out 3 times in the last year replacing parts. Crank arms broke, bottom frame broke etc. Now the warranty on the ProForm XP StrideClimber 600 is up and I've had an axle break, bottom frame broke again and a roller. The fool I am, I've taken it apart and had the parts welded.
I guess these machines were built for people who don't use them.

ProForm 6.0 ZE Elliptical - Power Cord? by: Anonymous
I just assembled the ProForm 6.0 ZE elliptical. The directions were very clear and I am pleased with the quality and value.
I was surprised that an AC power cord was not provided. Does anyone know how or where to get one? I went on their website but didn't find one there to purchase. Any ideas?
