I bought the ProForm 320 elliptical model PFEL2926 and was disappointed. I have used it for a couple of months when one of the foot sliders fell off. Since it was covered under a 1 year warranty tech came out and fixed it. Months later the same thing happened. I decided to fix it again with money coming out of my pocket. The customer service rep said it would be $140 for the tech to come out and fix and we might need a part which will cost 50 dollars and up. I specifically asked her if it will cost us anything for the tech to come out again and she said no. I just have to pay for the part. I agreed. I recieved the part and called ProForm again to send out the tech and they said it would be 55 dollars. I said that's BS since the previous customer service rep said I just have to pay for the part. I was furious. They basically want 250 dollars to fix this machine. They are a rip-off. I am returning this part and disputing my charges. Rip offs! Their machines do not last. Do not buy!

Proform XP Strideclimber 600 Elliptical by: Sandra
I use my Proform XP StrideClimber 600 Elliptical only four to six times at the most and it is unrepairable. I am HURT because I love this machine. It is in my excercise room all to pieces. I had Sears to come out and repair this but it could not be fixed. THANK GOD I purchased the extra warranty on it, but now I am without the Elliptical and don't know when I will get another one or what Sears is planning to do. I would love to have another one just like the one I had but I am afraid that it may do the same thing this one did.

Found one on Clearance by: Anonymous
Oh my...I am worried after reading the reviews on this! I didnt want to spend over a $1000 for a machine because I wasn't sure my artificial hip would endure an elliptical over time. I found a ProForm XP600 at Sears on clearance and at this time it fits my budget. I quit smoking recently and decided that I was out nothing if this machine lasts me 3 months.
