Tony Little's Gazelle - User Review

The foot pads leave a little to be desired; other than that Tony Little's Gazelle trainers will give you a workout if you want it to. You do need to be flexible to use it to its fullest extent however. You can pull back on it or push forward. If you can't work up a sweat on this unit you aren't trying, period. What I like about it is the no impact and the fact that you can work as hard or as little as you like on it. If you choose to not work out hard you will probably get very little or no result. It's not the equipment's fault, it's yours. Sorry but true. I like the heart rate monitor because it will tell you if you are getting a workout or not. I can raise my heart rate to over 160 in about 1/2 an hour. I am 60 years old and can't work it as hard as someone in their thirties could. The Tony Little Gazelle is an ok machine. The foot pads are a concern however, but work ok with tennis shoes, not with bare feet though.
