Lose Weight on an Elliptical Trainer
I am a 5'3 female who had gotten up to 210 lbs!!! 2 months ago, I joined a gym and changed my eating habits.
I started on the treadmill but it was sooooo boring!!! I moved to the elliptical and the weight started falling off. So far I've lost 30 lbs with 25 more to go to reach my goal. I am on the machine 4-5 times a week for 30 minutes.
It is an amazing workout and I recommend it for anyone who wants to lose weight!
